Jessica Springsteen Named CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Rider of the Month

Tampa, FL-April 7, 2009- The month of March was one of great importance for the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series, as it welcomed CAVALOR as its official title sponsor.
With CAVALOR’s support, the Series will now be honoring one rider each month as the CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series Rider of the Month. The honor will go to the one rider who earns the most points on one horse in Series competition each month.
With 315 points earned in the month of March aboard her mount Vornado Van Den Hoendrik, Jessica Springsteen of Colts Neck, NJ, was named the CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Rider of the Month. Jessica competes in the Series’ East Conference junior division, and was victorious with Vornado Van Den Hoendrik during the CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series classes held during weeks 9 and 10 of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival.
“We are thrilled for Jessica to be our first CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Rider of the Month,” said Philippe Collard, President of CAVALOR Inc. “Jessica is a great competitor, and we are looking forward to the many other riders who will join her in earning this recognition for their success while competing in the CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series.”
The CAVALOR Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series saw competition at six events during the month of March, and will see classes at more than 100 horse shows before the Series culminates in the Year-End Championships at the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament featuring the 126th National Horse Show in Syracuse, NY, in October. The West Conference kicked-off with competition at the Oaks Blenheim Spring Classic I, while competition at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL, came to a close for the 2009 season.
